B - Making reservations on the website and purchasing tickets online

    1. To make a reservation, the type of the ticket (1-hour, 2-hour or birthday party), the number of Guests (number of adult and student Guests), the date and time wished to be reserved and the arena (MadMax or Halo) must be selected and in the case of birthday parties, the requested further services (e.g.: snacks, cake) must be specified on the website at http://www.laserpark.hu/. Reservations can be made and tickets can be purchased through the website for the minimum of 10 persons and the maximum of 22 persons.
    2. If the Reservation is made and the tickets are purchased for more than one person, the Guest making the Reservation shall be responsible for paying the price of the tickets in full – regardless of the number of persons participating in the game and the settlement arrangements between them – and for informing the Guests arriving with him/her about the terms of use specified under Section III.D.1 below.
    3. Once the reservation data have been provided, further data are required to be provided for purpose of payment upon finalising the reservation (full name, e-mail address, invoice address, the data of the birthday boy or girl in case of birthday parties), furthermore the Guest is obliged to accept these GTC and the Privacy Policy, and declare about his/her consent to receiving newsletters. The Operator shall not assume any responsibility for any possible defects or errors arising in the course of bank card payment. When making the payment, the Guest shall be responsible for having all the authorization required to use the given method and means of payment, and for the veracity and accuracy of the provided payment information. 9. The ticket must be presented upon entry either in the form of a printed (hard copy) ticket or the ticket on the phone (QR code).
    10. The electronic invoice issued regarding the purchase shall be sent to the Guest within 24 hours in e-mail.

    4. During the Reservation process, the Guest shall be informed about the amount of the Service Charge calculated on the basis of the number of participants as per the Reservation. At the time of reservation, the Guest shall be obliged to pay an Advance Payment calculated for the game of 1 or 2 hours for 6 persons.

The Advance Payment shall be offset.
    6. The Guest shall be obliged to pay the Service Charge based on the number of participants indicated in the Reservation or the number of persons actually participating in the game, if the latter is the higher number. If the number of actual participants is less than the number indicated upon Reservation, the Guest shall be obliged to pay the Service Charge for at least the minimum number of participants (10 persons), even if Parties agreed otherwise. The Advance Payment shall be offset against the amount of the Service Charge.

    2. Parties expressly agree that the Operator shall not be liable for any damage specified in Article 6:143(2) of the Civil Code, regardless whether such damages were caused by the Operator by breach of contract or without any contract. 6. If the Operator has reason to believe that the Guest fails to use the equipment of Laserpark in the contractual manner, it shall be entitled to prohibit the use of Laserpark and ban the Guest from Laserpark with immediate effect. In justified cases or upon the Guest’s request, the incident shall be recorded by the Operator in a protocol.
    7. The Guest may not jeopardise the security of the online surfaces used to make Reservations and purchasing tickets. Such behaviour may result in civil and criminal sanctions. 8. The Guests shall bear full liability for damages for using the toys and equipment of Laserpark in an ordinary and intended manner. The Operator hereby excludes its liability for any and all damages that may arise from the misuse or unlawful use of Laserpark. 9. The Guest shall bear full liability for any and all damages caused to any third party in the course of using Laserpark through the wrongful conduct or omission of the Guest. This indemnification obligation shall include any and all claims and costs of any kind that may arise from any demand, shortfall, damage, lawsuit or other official proceeding, judgement or decision, procedural cost and attorney’s fee.
