General terms and conditions
(GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) lay down the terms and conditions of using Laserpark Budapest (address: 1117 Budapest, Hengermalom út 21., “Laserpark”) and the website at http://www.laserpark.hu/ operated by Elevenpark Kft. (“Operator”), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties and other guests accompanying them (“Parties”).
The detailed practical and security rules pertaining to the use of Laserpark are laid down in the House Rules (“House Rules”), the terms and conditions of processing the Parties’ personal data are laid down in the “Privacy Policy”, whereas the information concerning the cameras is provided in the “Camera Operation Notice”, all of which shall constitute annexes to the GTC (the GTC and the annexes hereinafter collectively as: the “Contract”).
I. Definitions

Guest: Any person actually using the services of Laserpark; if the guest is a minor, Guest shall mean the accompanying adult or the statutory representative of the minor, as well as the person who places an order for the services of Laserpark.
Reservation: The services of Laserpark (1-hour or 2-hour games) can be used by the Guest on the basis of a reservation made in advance.
Service: The Guests can play simulated fight against each other in Laserpark using the toy guns provided by Laserpark, among the scenery and props prepared by Laserpark, subject to the rules determined by Laserpark.
II. Scope and Validity of the Contract
- The Contract shall be concluded as of the written confirmation sent after finalizing the Reservation (Submit Reservation) in the case of online purchases, whereas in the case of on-site purchases, as of purchase of the ticket, and shall remain in force until leaving Laserpark.
- Place of performance of the Services shall be Hungary, Laserpark Budapest.
III. Ticket purchase, reservation
A - General rules
- The Services of Laserpark can only be used with tickets purchased online or at the site in advance. The types and prices of the tickets and the other fees (the “Service Charge”) are published at http://laserpark.hu/arak-nyitva-tartas/, and are also available at the cash desk of Laserpark, as well as on the website used for making Reservations online.
- Reservations can be made for 1 hour long intervals during opening hours. It is possible to make a reservation for more than 1 interval. The recommended period of use is 1 to 2 hours.
- Use of the playing grounds shall be exclusive in all cases. The playing grounds can be reserved for the minimum of 10 persons and the maximum of 22 persons. Furthermore, the playing grounds shall be in exclusive (private) use during birthday parties as well.
If more people arrive for the game than indicated upon Reservation, the number of participants shall be changed according to the actual headcount of the participants. If the number of actual participants is less than the number indicated upon Reservation, the Guest shall be obliged to pay the Service Charge for at least the minimum number of participants (10 persons), even if Parties agreed otherwise. - Only persons above the age of 18 may submit reservations.
If the Guest is not a natural person, the person acting on behalf of the Guest upon Reservation shall be obliged to verify his/her rights of representation or signatory rights to the Service Provider. - Liability for any and all damages arising from provision of incorrect or false data shall be borne by the Guest. The Operator shall be entitled to reject any incomplete or incorrect Reservation and in case of doubt, the Operator shall be entitled to verify the Guest’s data.
B - Making reservations on the website and purchasing tickets online
- To make a reservation, the type of the ticket (1-hour, 2-hour or birthday party), the number of Guests (number of adult and student Guests), the date and time wished to be reserved and the arena (MadMax or Halo) must be selected and in the case of birthday parties, the requested further services (e.g.: snacks, cake) must be specified on the website at http://www.laserpark.hu/. Reservations can be made and tickets can be purchased through the website for the minimum of 10 persons and the maximum of 22 persons.
- If the Reservation is made and the tickets are purchased for more than one person, the Guest making the Reservation shall be responsible for paying the price of the tickets in full – regardless of the number of persons participating in the game and the settlement arrangements between them – and for informing the Guests arriving with him/her about the terms of use specified under Section III.D.1 below.
- Once the reservation data have been provided, further data are required to be provided for purpose of payment upon finalising the reservation (full name, e-mail address, invoice address, the data of the birthday boy or girl in case of birthday parties), furthermore the Guest is obliged to accept these GTC and the Privacy Policy, and declare about his/her consent to receiving newsletters. The acceptance of the terms and conditions is linked to the data provided by the Guest.
- The Guest shall be obliged to pay an advance payment in order to finalise the reservation. The amount of the advance payment shall equal to the fee calculated for the game of 1 or 2 hours for 6 persons (“Advance Payment”). If the advance payment is not paid, the reservation shall be deleted from the system within 2 hours.
- By clicking the “Submit Order” button, the system will redirect the user to the OTP SimplePay payment site. Once the user is redirected to the OTP Simple Pay site, the General Terms and Conditions of Simple Pay shall apply to the payment (http://simplepay.hu/old/docs/201812/SimplePay_b2c_aff_hun_eng_20181219.pdf). Payment may be made via the bank card types indicated on the SimplePay site, via the OTP online card payment terminal (VPOS - SimplePay). Here the name indicated on the bank card, the number of the card, the expiry date and the validation code (CVC2 or CVV2) shall be provided for payment. After entering the card data, the Guest shall start the transaction by clicking on the “Pay” button.
A confirmation shall be sent in e-mail by OTP SimplePay regarding the successful payment, however this shall not represent a confirmation of reservation: the reservation itself shall be confirmed to the Guest by the Operator in e-mail.
The Operator shall not assume any responsibility for any possible defects or errors arising in the course of bank card payment. When making the payment, the Guest shall be responsible for having all the authorization required to use the given method and means of payment, and for the veracity and accuracy of the provided payment information. The Guest shall be responsible for any damages arising from provision of incorrect or improper e-mail address.
The information and security advice related to the OTP SimplePay online payment system are specified in the “Card Payment Notice” also available on the Laserpark website. - Once payment has been completed, the system will redirect the user to the Laserpark website where the following data of the purchase shall be displayed: SimplePay reference number, Purchase Order ID and the time the reservation was sent.
- If reservation and payment were successful, the Operator shall send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided upon reservation, and shall also send the ticket in a pdf file containing the QR code, which can be saved and printed. In the event the Guest does not receive the confirmation e-mail with the ticket attached within 2 hours, and the e-mail is not in the spam folder or junk library either, the Guest is kindly requested to contact the Customer Service (https://www.laserpark.hu/kapcsolat).
- The confirmation e-mail shall be regarded as confirmation of the Reservation and the commencement of provision of the Service.
- The ticket must be presented upon entry either in the form of a printed (hard copy) ticket or the ticket on the phone (QR code).
- The electronic invoice issued regarding the purchase shall be sent to the Guest within 24 hours in e-mail.
- If an advance payment was paid, the remaining amount has to be paid by the Guest at the site in cash, or by bank card or SZÉP Card, based on the actual number of participants, which shall not be less than 10 persons.

- It is also possible to make a reservation and purchase tickets on the site, in Laserpark.
- It is possible to select the ticket type and make a reservation and purchase the ticket or pay the advance payment at the cash desk in cash, or by bank card or SZÉP Card.
- The same rules shall apply to these actions – mutatis mutandis – as for online reservation and ticket purchase and acceptance of the terms of use (see Section D.1.).
D - Beléptetés
- When entering the site, the Operator shall be entitled to verify that the following conditions are met:
- Guest has a valid reservation.
- Guest is in suitable physical and mental state.
- Guest is over 8 years old.
- Minors below the age of 14 years may only enter if accompanied by an adult.
- Laserpark may be used only if the above conditions are met, otherwise the Operator may deny entry to the site.
- If a student ticket is purchased, the Guest must present his/her valid student card upon request. If no valid student card is presented, the Guest shall be obliged to purchase the standard price ticket or pay the price difference between the standard ticket and the student ticket.
- If the Guest fails to arrive on time for his Reservation and thereby delays the commencement of the game, the end time of the game and the Service Charge shall remain unchanged.
IV. Service charge and terms of payment
- The Service Charge also includes the fee for the lasertag field and the rental fee for the equipment.
- In case of individual requests, large groups, company events, promotional lotteries, coupon discounts etc, the Operator may determine a different Service Charge.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of tickets published on its website at any time. The published prices are gross prices and include the amount of VAT.
- During the Reservation process, the Guest shall be informed about the amount of the Service Charge calculated on the basis of the number of participants as per the Reservation. At the time of reservation, the Guest shall be obliged to pay an Advance Payment calculated for the game of 1 or 2 hours for 6 persons.
- The actual Service Charge calculated on the basis of the actual number of the attending Guests, the time of Reservation and the duration of the game shall be paid prior to commencement of the game (i.e. the using of the Service) at the cash desk of Laserpark, in cash, or by bank card or SZÉP Card. The Advance Payment shall be offset.
- The Guest shall be obliged to pay the Service Charge based on the number of participants indicated in the Reservation or the number of persons actually participating in the game, if the latter is the higher number. If the number of actual participants is less than the number indicated upon Reservation, the Guest shall be obliged to pay the Service Charge for at least the minimum number of participants (10 persons), even if Parties agreed otherwise. The Advance Payment shall be offset against the amount of the Service Charge.
- The Guest shall be responsible for paying the Service Charge in full within the applicable time limit, regardless of the persons participating in the game and the settlement arrangements between them.
V. Use of Laserpark
- The Guest shall be obliged to observe the House Rules and the rules presented by the game instructors. The House Rules are published at http://laserpark.hu/hazirend/.
- In the event the House Rules are violated, the Operator shall be entitled to stop the game and/or remove the violating Guest from Laserpark without any refund.
- By accepting these GTC, the Guest agrees that it shall not use the Service to harass, insult, defame other Guests or to violate the personality or other rights or lawful interests of any third party in any way.
- By accepting these GTC, the Guest declares that he/she has obtained all the authorizations from the Guests arriving with him/her required to act and enter into the Contract on their behalf with identical content.
VI. Breach of contract, liability
- The Operator shall take all reasonable effort to ensure that the Service is operated in a safe and compliant manner, but it shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the malfunction or other inadequacy of the system providing the Service.
- Parties expressly agree that the Operator shall not be liable for any damage specified in Article 6:143(2) of the Civil Code, regardless whether such damages were caused by the Operator by breach of contract or without any contract. This limitation of liability shall not apply to any breach of contract caused deliberately or resulting in any harm to human life, physical integrity, or health (Article 6:152 of the Civil Code) or to liability for damages caused deliberately or resulting in any harm to human life, physical integrity, or health (Article 6:526 of the Civil Code).
- The Operator shall not be liable for the error-free or undisturbed operation of the Service and/or the online surfaces used to make Reservations and purchase tickets; with a view to improving, modifying, or maintaining the Service or such surfaces, the Operator shall be entitled to suspend the given site or even the operation of Laserpark.
- The Guest shall use the Service at his/her own risk. In particular, the Operator shall not be liable for the conduct of other guests.
- The Operator shall be entitled to reject the Reservation of the Guest in justified cases, for example if false or incomplete data are provided or if the Service or the ticket is misused or abused in any way.
- If the Operator has reason to believe that the Guest fails to use the equipment of Laserpark in the contractual manner, it shall be entitled to prohibit the use of Laserpark and ban the Guest from Laserpark with immediate effect. In justified cases or upon the Guest’s request, the incident shall be recorded by the Operator in a protocol.
- The Guest may not jeopardise the security of the online surfaces used to make Reservations and purchasing tickets. Such behaviour may result in civil and criminal sanctions. The Guest shall undertake not to use any tool, software, or procedure that may interfere, or may attempt to interfere, with the normal operation of online surfaces used for making Reservations and purchasing tickets, or with any other activity to be pursued on the Operator’s website.
- The Guests shall bear full liability for damages for using the toys and equipment of Laserpark in an ordinary and intended manner. The Operator hereby excludes its liability for any and all damages that may arise from the misuse or unlawful use of Laserpark. In the above cases and/or in case the scenery or props are damaged, the Guest shall be obliged to pay compensation for the damages caused (financial damage and loss arising from any delay) to the injured party.
- The Guest shall bear full liability for any and all damages caused to any third party in the course of using Laserpark through the wrongful conduct or omission of the Guest. This indemnification obligation shall include any and all claims and costs of any kind that may arise from any demand, shortfall, damage, lawsuit or other official proceeding, judgement or decision, procedural cost and attorney’s fee.
- For technical reasons relating to third-party liability insurance, any claim for damages shall be reported on site without delay and shall be recorded in a protocol by the staff; furthermore the claim for damages and the amount thereof shall be specified in writing within 6 months.
VII. Data processing
- Guest acknowledges that the personal data of the Guest and the Guests arriving together with the Guest, provided or obtained in relation to the Service shall be processed by the Operator in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
- By clicking on the tab titled “Submit Order” in the course of making reservations or buying tickets online via the website, the Guest acknowledges and accepts that Elevenpark Kft. (2085 Pilisvörösvár, Szent Erzsébet utca 45.) shall transfer the following personal data of the Guest stored in the user database at laserpark.hu to OTP Mobil Kft. (1093 Budapest, Közraktár u. 30-32.), acting as data controller: last name, first name, country, phone number, e-mail address.
Purpose of data transfer: provision of customer service assistance to the Guest, confirmation of the transactions and fraud-monitoring performed for the sake of protection of the Guests. - The Guest acknowledges that – for electronic monitoring purposes – the Operator has installed cameras on the area of Laserpark at the locations indicated on the floor plan posted at the entrance of Laserpark, according to the notice displayed at the same place. By entering Laserpark, the Guest consents to the making of these recordings (implied by conduct).
- By purchasing the ticket and entering Laserpark, the Guest consents (implied by conduct) that the Operator shall take group photos, group videos or panning videos on the area of Laserpark and shall use these on the online spaces of the Operator (website, facebook, instagram, youtube).

VIII. Amendment of the Contract
- Following the purchasing of the Service, the Guest shall be entitled to modify the purchased tickets and the Reserved date and time with identical conditions, within 72 hours prior to the Reserved date and time at the latest, and choose a new date and time out of the available, free dates and times. The ticket shall not be changed to a voucher and its type and time shall not be changed either. The Reserved date and time may not be changed within 72 hours of the Reserved date and time.
- No further tickets can be purchased simultaneously with the modification of the Reserved date and time. New tickets can only be purchased separately, via the online ticket vending space.
- The Guest may request the modification of the Reserved date and time, in person at the site, or by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., within 72 hours prior to the Reserved date and time at the latest.
- Since the legal relationship between the Parties under these GTC is established for a specific gaming period of a given day, the Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the provisions of this Contract with ex nunc effect regarding the use, operation, and opening hours of Laserpark, including the conditions of and the fees for using Laserpark. Such amendments shall not affect tickets and Services already purchased.
- Any and all changes and amendments to these GTC, the Service, and the entrance tickets shall be published by the Operator on its website.
IX. Rescission, termination of the Contract
- The purchased ticket may not be refunded to the Guest, since the Operator is providing a service connected to such a recreational activity based on these GTC that covers a specific day of performance and an exact time slot determined upon purchasing the ticket. This provision shall be applied for guests not qualifying as consumers, and for the tickets purchased at the cash desk of Laserpark for reserved times in case of consumers.
- According to Article 29 of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and undertakings, the Guest shall not be entitled to rescind from the contract without any justification as stipulated in Article 20, since – in line with Article 29(1)(l) of the Government Decree – this Contract is concluded for recreational activity related services for which a date of performance (reserved date and time) has been specified in the contract.
- In the event the Service is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, Laserpark shall publish this on its website (http://laserpark.hu/) and shall also notify the Guests signed up for the newsletter via e-mail, if possible, and also about the option of refunding or using the tickets on a later date.
X. Complaints, Dispute Resolution, Jurisdiction
- The Guest may make verbal complaints which shall be investigated by the Operator without delay. If the Guest does not agree with the handling of the complaint or the immediate investigation of the complaint is not possible, the Operator shall take a record on the complaint and its position and shall provide one duplicate copy of this record to the Guest on the site if a verbal complaint was made in person, whereas if the verbal complaint was made on the phone or by using any other electronic communications service, the Operator shall send the record to the Guest simultaneously with the answer on the merits as per Section X.2, at the latest.
- The Operator and the Guest shall attempt to settle any and all of their legal disputes primarily via negotiations, out of court. In case a legal dispute arises between the Operator and the Guest, the written complaint shall be sent to the Operator via post or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The Operator shall investigate the complaint and shall inform the Guest in writing about its findings via post or email within 30 days at the latest. In case the Guest does not accept the findings made by the Operator, he/she may request the Operator in writing – within 8 days of receipt of the response – to enter into negotiations. If the negotiations do not reach a conclusion within 14 days after receipt of the Guest’s request by the Operator, the Guest may seek remedy by court, other authorities or conciliation boards.
- Operator shall observe the Code of Ethics of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry, containing the rules of conduct regarding unfair business practices vis-á-vis consumers. The Code is available at the website of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (https://mkik.hu/az-mkik-etikai-kodexe).
- In the event of a consumer dispute, the Guest shall be entitled to refer the dispute to the conciliation board having competence according to his/her domicile or habitual residence. The registered offices, phone numbers and Internet contact details and mailing addresses of the conciliation boards are available on the website at https://bekeltetes.hu/udvozlo.
- If the Guest’s consumer rights are violated, the Guest may file a complaint to the consumer protection authority having competence according to the Guest’s domicile. Their contact details are available at this link: http://jarasinfo.gov.hu.
XI. Other Conditions
- Pursuant to Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyrights the website of the Operator (http://www.laserpark.hu), being a unique compilation of works, qualifies as a collective work, hence this website and all the contents placed on this website are protected by copyright. It is forbidden to use the external appearance of the website, being a work of art created by computer graphics, and also the software and texts of the website, the regulations and policies, without the Operator’s written permission, or to use any application that allows the modification of the website or any part thereof. Materials can only be taken over from the website or its database if the Operator’s written consent has been obtained in advance, and reference to the website and the indication of the source must be provided. Rightsholder: Operator.
- The currently effective version of these GTC is available on the Operator’s website (http://laserpark.hu/aszf/). A hard copy of the currently effective provisions of these GTC is publicly available at the reception of the Operator.
- Any and all issues not regulated herein shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) on distance contracts, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services, and other relevant pieces of legislation.
